Project Settings

Adding collaborators

To add or remove collaborators under a project, navigate to 'Settings' from the left menu and go to the 'Collaborators' tab.

To add a new collaborator, click on the 'Add Collaborators' button. You can only add Project Managers and Clients as collaborators on a project. Other users like Content Creators and Editors will get added when they are assigned a task under a project.

Project Managers will have full access to a project they are added to. Clients, Content Creators, and Editors will only be able to access tasks that are marked for their visibility.

To remove a collaborator (Project Manager/Client) from the project, select the user from the list and on the Actions menu, click on 'Remove'.

WordPress Publishing

You can link your WordPress site or blog associated with the project if you plan to publish the content directly from the workspace. To learn how to link a WordPress site to your project, refer to - Wordpress Publishing.

Content Editor

You can change the language of the Grammar Tool for individual projects. The content editor supports 50+ languages including French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
