Webflow Publishing - How to Publish Content on Webflow from Narrato : Knowledge Base

Narrato supports Webflow publishing, allowing you to directly publish content from Narrato to your Webflow site.

How to use Webflow publishing

To publish content to a Webflow site, you have to connect the Webflow site with Narrato Workspace. Here is the step-by-step process.

1. To connect your Webflow site to Narrato, go to Workspace Settings.

2. Click on the "Publishing" tab.

3. Click on "Connect an account" to choose the platform you wish to connect

4. Then, from the dropdown list, select Webflow.

5. On the pop-up that appears, you will need to paste the API key for your Webflow site. You will also find instructions on how to find your API key.

6. Enter your API token

7. Click on Verify to proceed.

8. The next step is to select your Webflow collection.

9. Select the corresponding Narrato template.

10. You will also need to map individual content sections between Webflow and Narrato, so that all the content falls in place for seamless publishing

11. For this, pick the relevant sections on the Narrato template corresponding to each section on the Webflow collection field

12. Then, click on Confirm to save your choices.

13. Clicking on Done will complete the linking process.

1. To publish your content to a connected Webflow site, make sure that the content uses the same template you chose for mapping with Webflow

2. Click on Publish and select the option to publish to Webflow.

3. Select the Webflow site, choose whether you want to save the post as draft or publish it right away

4. Click on Save Content or Publish Content, to complete publishing
