To create personalized, on-brand content using AI, you can generate your own brand voices and apply them to Narrato projects, AI templates or AI Content Genie.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to generate custom brand voices on Narrato.
Generating Custom Brand Voices
1. To generate your custom brand voice, click on Organize on the main menu
2. Go to Brand Voices
3. You can give your custom brand voice a name. It is best to generate and store brand voices for different media such as social media, blog writing, or copywriting separately.
4. Now, enter an example of the content you usually create. For instance, if you are analyzing your social media brand voice, copy and paste content from an existing social media post.
5. You can add multiple examples to give the AI tool more material to work with.
6. Then, click on Analyze brand voice. It takes a few seconds for the analysis to be completed.
7. Once done, the tool will give you a description of what your brand voice sounds like. You can edit it or save as is.
8. The custom brand voices are automatically added to the dropdown list of tones on all AI writing templates.
9. Just choose your custom tone when you're generating AI content, and get personalized, on-brand content within seconds.
Applying Custom Brand Voice to Projects & AI Content Genie
1. To apply your custom brand voice to a project, go to the Project Settings and click on Defaults.
2. Select your custom brand voice from the dropdown list to set it as the default AI Content Assistant tone. This will now become the default tone on all AI templates and the in-line AI writer, in the project
3. To apply custom brand voices to the AI Content Genie, go to Genie settings
4. Select the relevant custom brand voices for social posts and blog posts.
5. Once the changes are saved, all the content generated by AI Content Genie will follow your brand voice.
